None-Motor-Parameter Model Predictive Current Control for PMSM Drives

Abstract
  Since the control performance of traditional model predictive control methods is limited by the accuracy of motor parameters, it is necessary to develop a model predictive control method without motor parameters. Therefore, in this paper, a none-motor-parameter model predictive current control (NMP-MPCC) method is proposed. First, the none-motor-parameter predictive model that is based on the current prediction error is presented. Then, the model predictive control method based on none-motor-parameter model is designed. Moreover, the influence factor of non-motor-parameter model is analyzed. Finally, the experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
