With the development of China's coal industry, coal mining activities are carried out, and the goaf area of coal mines continues to expand, resulting in the subsidence of the surface above and near the goaf area, forming a large-scale subsidence area. Land surface subsidence reduces land use efficiency, affects the production and living conditions of surrounding residents, and brings a series of environmental and ecological problems. Therefore, accurately extracting the scope and depth of coal mine surface subsidence and understanding the changes of land use information in the subsidence area are conducive to formulating a remediation model suitable for the coal mine surface subsidence area. Taking Zhaogu Mining Area in Huixian City, Henan Province as the research area, this paper synthesizes various scientific research methods and methods such as field survey observation, remote sensing technology, deep learning, GIS spatial analysis, etc., and uses Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and GF-1 multi-source remote sensing data as data sources to extract the surface subsidence range and subsidence depth in the study area from 2017 to 2021, and classify the land use. Based on this, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) model based on the improvement index empowerment method (G1 method) was established to quantitatively evaluate the land damage in the subsidence area. Based on this, a comprehensive management model of subsidence area suitable for the research area is proposed, which provides technical support and data reference for the treatment of subsidence area in Zhaogu mining area.
