Abstract
In response to the key issues of passive output and uncontrollable output of traditional anti-collision devices in the field of bridge pier anti-collision technology, this paper designs a new type of intelligent ship collision progressive anti-collision magnetorheological damper. Compared with traditional pier anti-collision devices, this damper changes the passive control characteristics of traditional anti-collision devices and achieves semi active structural control; By combining the main piston and auxiliary piston to work together, the effect of providing corresponding damping force for different ship collision forces is achieved; At the same time, by using butterfly springs and self restoring chambers, the collision prevention device achieves the functional characteristics of elastic deformation and small plastic deformation, and self restoring the initial state.
