In this work, we develop the extended random-walk shielding-potential viscosity model (ext-RWSP-VM) of metals in wide temperature region. In this model, shear viscosities of metals is calculated with the temperature range from several eV to millions eV and the density range from 0.5 to 10 times the normal density (the density at room temperature and 1 standard atmosphere). This model is analytical, universal, accurate, and highly efficient, which is helpful in related applications.
