We have systematically investigated the electrical and structural properties of  DySb, a potential magnetic topological semimetal,  under applied pressure up to 26.8 GPa. At ambient condition, DySb shows an antiferromagnetic  phase transition at TN = 10.5 K.  With increasing pressure, TN increases and then decreases with further increasing pressure. Superconductivity (SC) is induced at a pressure P of 14.2 GPa with onset superconducting transition temperature Tc of 2.2 K, concomitant with a structural phase transition.  Extreme magnetoresistance (XMR) as large as 1.4X105 is observed at T=2 K and H= 9 T at ambient condition and with no sign of saturation. With increasing pressure, MR is greatly suppressed at P=13.5 GPa, around which superconductivity emerges. Thus, DySb provides a good platform to study the relationship between MR, SC and structural phase transition.
