Abstract Accepted

The deposition energy of intense heavy ion beams in target is the first step of heavy-ion-driven fusion ignition. Through the self-developed code Aardvark, radiation hydrodynamics simulation is carried out, combined with the high-precision equation of state(EOS)calculated by extended first-principles molecular dynamics method and the standard stopping model (SSM) of ion beams deposition. This work shows the evolution of target material’s physical parameters with time after heavy ion beam penetrating into the target, providing strong support for the experimental parameter design of future large heavy-ion beams facility.
