We have proposed a fast and high-precision current assignment scheme applicable to cylindrical coordinates. In this scheme, we employ Umeda’s zigzag method[1] to decompose the trajectory of particles passing through the grid into the movement of particles within a single grid. Subsequently, a set of current continuity integral equations is established within a single grid for solution to obtain the current generated by the movement of particles within a single grid. Test results demonstrate that this scheme possesses charge conservation accuracy comparable to our previously proposed high-precision current assignment scheme[2] while reducing computational load.
