Plasma surface high-order harmonics generation is a relativistic nonlinear process driven by an intense laser on the surface of a solid target. The harmonic radiation ranging from extreme ultraviolet to soft X-ray, characterized by a perfect temporal coherence and a high conversion efficiency, provides great potential for detecting and imaging. Recently, the generation of circularly polarized (CP) or vortex harmonics has been of much interest, which is motivated by the applications of chirality-sensitive light-matter interactions, such as dichroism, magnetization dynamics, and probing chiral molecules. In this talk, I will introduce a few concepts to generate CP or vortex harmonics based on laser-plasma interactions. Especially, the dynamics of the orbital angular momentum of harmonics and attosecond pulses will be explained.
