冲击波加载下同位素分离的经典分子动力学模拟

本工作采用经典非平衡分子动力学(NEMD)的方法,对以氦(He)为模型的同位素粒子进行了动力学模拟。在加载稳态高速冲击波的情况下,我们发现,由两种等量均匀混合的同位素粒子组成的介质,在冲击波波阵面上的分布变得不再均匀,波后仍保持均匀混合的状态。当冲击波突破介质传出到自由面时,不同种的同位素对于冲击波“突破”自由面这一过程的响应差别更加明显。整体分布上较轻的粒子具有更大的速度,而较重的粒子则处于相对滞后的位置,与单种粒子情况的结果一致。这一结果说明,在不考虑电子作用的情况下,同位素种间分离即可出现,这一结果可以为理解惯性约束聚变(ICF)中不同离子在超强激波作用下的行为提供帮助。
