 In view of the common cause failures and the non-negligible maintenance influence in complex repairable systems, this paper proposes a reliability simulation evaluation method under the influence of common cause failure and maintenance behavior. By analyzing the mechanism of common cause failures, the coupling effect between maintenance behavior and common cause failure is clarified, and the reliability simulation model of repairable system under common cause failures is established. Furthermore, based on Monte Carlo method, the reliability simulation evaluation algorithm of repairable systems under common cause failures is designed to evaluate the dynamic failure probability. Taking aviation support system as an example, the influence of maintenance behavior and common cause failures on system reliability is analyzed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.
