In order to prevent the occurrence of collapse accidents in the construction industry, 24Mmodel was used to analyze the causes of 31 large collapse accidents, mainly analyzing their direct and indirect causes, and finding out the one-time unsafe actions and habitual unsafe actions that affect the occurrence of accidents with a large number of occurrences, among which the one-time unsafe action analysis analyzes the construction unit, construction unit and supervision unit separately. The results show that the most unsafe actions of construction units and supervision units are not discovered or stopped to supervise and rectify the illegal behaviors of on-site operators, and lack safety awareness. The construction unit has not carried out safety education and training for operators and failed to investigate potential safety hazards, which is a specific manifestation of insufficient safety knowledge, low safety awareness and poor safety habits; And put forward effective management methods for its reasons to improve the safety production level of the construction industry.
