Separation and purification technology of coal mine gas through hydrate method can effectively improve the utilization rate of gas and reduce the pollution of the environment. Promoting the nucleation of gas hydrate is the key step to improve hydrate production. Zeolite is a solid phase additive with high specific surface area, high adsorption capacity and high mass transfer, and the relationship between the structure, morphology, pore size and CH4 adsorption performance of the additive was determined by characterizing its composition, morphology, pore size and specific surface area, and determining the adsorption capacity of CH4. The dynamic experiments of gas hydrate nucleation were carried out in a self-designed experimental system of coal mine gas hydration, and the relationships between the addition amount, pore size, adsorption capacity, experimental temperature and pressure of the zeolite and the nucleation induction time of gas hydrate are analyzed.
