In order to quantitatively, objectively and accurately evaluate the safety of phosphate mine ventilation system, the AHP-CRITIC combined weight and improved TOPSIS evaluation model are adopted. Firstly, the index system of phosphate mine ventilation system is established through field investigation and literature review, then the combined weight of each index is calculated by AHP and CRITIC method. Finally, an improved TOPSIS evaluation model was established, and the grey correlation degree TOPSIS method was introduced to overcome the shortcomings of Euclidean distance. A new distance measure was constructed to classify the safety status level of the phosphate mine ventilation system through relative closeness, reducing the influence of subjective factors, reducing errors, and effectively improving the accuracy and authenticity of the results. The results show that the safety status of ventilation systems in Jiangjiadun phosphate mine is basically consistent with the actual situation by using TOPSIS model with grey correlation analysis, the model can be applied to the ventilation system of phosphate mine.
