In response to the "dual carbon" development strategy, the proportion of distributed resources in the distribution network is gradually increasing, bringing huge challenges to the operation of the electricity market. In this context, this article proposes to integrate a certain capacity of wind turbines(WT), photovoltaics(PV), energy storage systems(ESS), and loads through virtual power plants (VPP) for energy management, and constructs a VPP distributed energy management operation framework. On this basis, based on the cooperative game theory, with the goal of maximizing VPP revenue, a P2P transaction model is established to give full play to VPP's energy complementary advantages. A distributed P2P transaction algorithm is proposed to protect the information privacy of each subject, so as to realize the formulation of transaction strategy between VPPs and complete the transaction of energy between VPPs. Finally, the example analysis verifies that the VPP energy management and P2P transaction model established in this paper can effectively realize the distributed energy management of multi VPPs, and improve the operating income of VPPs while ensuring the security of user information privacy.
