变压器套管电场模拟计算是分析套管绝缘性能的关键技术。为了充分理解变压器套管的电场分布,本文基于COMSOL仿真软件建立了126kV变压器油纸电容套管有限元模型,并基于该模型对油纸电容套管的电场分布进行了检查和分析。建立了套管主绝缘体水分缺陷仿真模型,比较研究了干湿、均匀湿和非均匀湿条件下的内部电场分布。计算结果表明:在正常干燥条件下,轴套主绝缘的电场分布均匀,当轴套主绝缘存在水分缺陷时,零筛处的径向场强度增大,随着含水率的增加,该处的径向场强度不断增加, 这对轴套的绝缘性能有影响。因此,在实际工况下,应注意保持轴套环境干燥,注意保证轴套外保温的密封性,防止进水和受潮。
