Optimal design of 6kw high frequency transformer using AP method

 Due to the problems of large size and waste of materials in traditional transformers, the study of high-frequency transformers has become a research hotspot. This paper optimizes the loss, efficiency and Area Product (AP) value of the 6kw high-frequency transformer based on the NSGA-II improved algorithm. The research results show that after optimization using the AP method, the loss of the high-frequency transformer decreased by 33.62w, the efficiency increased by 0.561% and the AP value decreased by 18.9%. The corresponding volumes of the four high-frequency transformers also decreased in a positive correlation with the AP value. Preliminary Verify the rationality of the optimized design method.
