In response to global warming, China has proposed a "30·60" target. The establishment of a carbon dioxide (CO2) emission monitoring system can effectively account for greenhouse gas emission and help the realization of the "30·60" goal. In this essay, an interactive CO2 emission monitoring terminal based on multivariate data fusion is developed, a fine-grained CO2 emission monitoring model for typical high-energy-consuming users based on electricity consumption data is built, the CO2 emission behavior of user portrait analysis is carried out, and a CO2 emission monitoring and analysis platform is established. The CO2 emission monitoring network and CO2 emission monitoring and analysis platform built by the Changshou Economic Development Zone can monitor the CO2 emission levels of enterprises in the park and help enterprises in the park achieve their carbon dioxide emission reduction targets.
