This paper introduces a multi-objective optimization model designed for a distribution network system incorporating an energy storage battery and distributed photovoltaic power generation. The objective is to address challenges related to decreased static voltage stability, voltage violations, and heightened network losses resulting from the unpredictable and intermittent nature of photovoltaic power generation. This paper considers the 24-hour hourly photovoltaic output and load changes. The IEEE33-node distribution network system is taken as the basic example model, and the 24-hour dynamic optimization of the distribution network system is realized by optimizing the battery charging and discharging strategy and reactive power compensation devices such as on-load tap changer, capacitor banks, and static synchronous compensator. The optimization outcomes demonstrate that the proposed optimization scheme can significantly improve the static voltage stability of the distribution network system, reduce voltage deviation and network loss, and well handle the risk of node voltage exceeding the limit.
