For the state evaluation of relay protection equipment in intelligent substations, the uncertainty of state information indicators can lead to the evaluation results not accurately reflecting the operating status of the equipment. This article proposes a hierarchical state evaluation model for intelligent substation relay protection equipment based on fuzzy evaluation theory and entropy weight DSmT.
