This paper shows the theoretical analysis, model establishment, and numerical computation of photoelectron emission of perovskites under the irradiation of vacuum ultraviolet light. Based on the three-step process of photoelectron emission, the mathematical models of semiconductor are established, and the theoretical formula of its quantum efficiency is put forward. The calculation results show that the quantum efficiency of CsPbI3 is 9.8×10-6 to 6.25×10-2 with the incident photon energy of 6.25~10eV and that of CsPbBr3 is 5.0×10-10 to 6.42×10-3 with the incident photon energy of 6.56~10eV. Compared with the experimental results of the literature, the quantum efficiency calculated is consistent.
