In order to explore the law of micro-scale detonation transfer and meet the design needs of micro-scale explosive train. The micro-scale explosive train was designed in this paper which consists of micro- detonator, transfer charge and booster charge. The effects of micro-detonator’s charge weight on the detonation transmission performance of explosive train were carried out, and the effects of transfer charge size and firing voltage on detonation performance have also been studied. The results show that the firing volta the ignition voltage is higher, the detonation transmission is more reliable. Similarly, the larger the charge quantity, the wider the transmission charge width, and the more reliable the detonation transmission. in addition, the relative position of transfer charge , micro-detonator and booster charge have obvious effects on the detonation performance of explosive train.
