With the widespread application of industrial equipment, the presence of tiny abrasive particles in lubricating oil can lead to equipment wear, malfunctions, and even failures, significantly impacting the operational reliability and lifespan of the equipment. Therefore, precise and real-time monitoring of abrasive particle levels holds significant importance for equipment maintenance and preventive repairs. This paper presents the design of an embedded oil abrasive particle monitoring device aimed at achieving online monitoring and analysis of abrasive particles in industrial equipment lubricating oil. Experimental results demonstrate that this device is capable of detecting metal particles as small as 450µm in diameter within a pipe with a radius of 30mm.
