The accurate and reliable flow measurement is essential in processes in which liquid and gas are produced or transported. Especially in millimeter scale pipes where it is difficult to measure the flow rate, let alone the state under high dynamic. This study proposed a novel approach based on dual-beam ultrasonic echo resolving method with physics-informed neural network (PINN) rectification subsequently for high-speed gas-liquid two phase flow mass flow metering. A refrigerant cycling system was established to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. Experimental validation on the designed flowmeter showed accurate detection of real time mass flow whose relative error was within 3%.
