Aiming at the selection of the wavelength scanning mechanism of the key component of the ultraviolet photoelectron spectrometer, the structural model under different selections has been improved through the derivation of the dispersion relationship of concave grating under the drive of different scanning mechanisms.Under the same grating, ballscrew and stepping motor parameters, the effects of the two structural forms of straight and inclined slider on the whole machine were compared from the three aspects of machine structure, integration difficulty and spectral performance.The results indicate that the straight slider scanning mechanism offers a more compact instrument size, lower integration complexity, and superior spectral performance in comparison to the inclined slider at grating positive first order.
