In order to improve the firing power of TaN transducer, Ni-Cr was doped into TaN transducer by magnetron sputtering, and the cross section was characterized by Sem, high-speed photography for experimental recording. The experimental results show that the doped thin films are of good quality, and the flame height of doped TaN element is higher than that of undoped TaN element.
