Study on the Choice of Occupational Health Policy Tools in China ——Mixed Research Method Based on " Grounded Theory +GPT Assisted Association"

 Occupational health policy is a basic measure to promote and safeguard the implementation of healthy China strategy. Clarifying the choice of occupational health policy tools is helpful to understand and reveal the transformation logic and action strategy of China's occupational health policy objectives. The study uses the mixed research method of " grounded theory +GPT assisted association" to analyze the occupational health policy texts issued by the central government and institutions since the "Implementation of Healthy China Strategy" was fully deployed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. From the framework of "structure-type", the occupational health policy network composed of "central government-local government-professional organization-employer-employee-public" as the core category and "governance authority - bureaucratic law enforcement - social coordination - information symbol - interest momentum" as the core category is clarified. The selection preference and application rules of occupational health policy tools are analyzed by using policy measurement method. The study expands the application of human-machine collaboration and intelligent assistance methods in the field of public policy to a certain extent, and provides a new idea for the analysis of occupational health policies and other public policy tools.
