Abstract—This paper explores the transformative impact of AI-powered digital assistants on business operations and the evolving role of secretarial work. As organizations increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into their workflows, digital assistants are becoming essential tools that streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
