The construction site of electric power engineering has the characteristics of professional operation methods and complex construction environment. Many factors affect the effectiveness of safety management. In order to fully realize the scientific evaluation function of the safety management evaluation system of the construction site of electric power engineering and further improve the management effectiveness, this paper makes an in-depth study of the safety management evaluation theory, and combines the theoretical research with the engineering practice by investigating and visiting the experts of electric power engineering infrastructure. After gradual refinement, the safety management evaluation index system of electric power engineering construction site is finally formed. Through the application of analytic hierarchy process, the research data are derived from multiple power engineering construction sites, and the influencing factors of construction site safety management are investigated one by one. In order to make the preliminary screening indicators more scientific, the Delphi method is used to invite experts to further adjust and modify the index system. According to the characteristics of the power engineering construction site, the different components affecting the safety management are sorted out, and these factors are hierarchically divided. The weight coefficient of the evaluation index is calculated by using the judgment matrix. Based on the weight coefficient of each evaluation index determined, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method first evaluates the single factor, and then obtains the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation. Institutional factors have the greatest impact on safety control.
