Abstract
本文利用离散单元法 (Discrete Element Method或者DEM),将形状记忆本构关系引入到细长纤维颗粒的离散元模型中,并基于细长形状记忆合金(SMA)颗粒的拥塞(Jamming)创建了一种智能夹具。夹具通过控制温度来调节SMA颗粒的热响应(受热或冷却时改变形状),使颗粒在拥塞和非拥塞状态之间进行转变,从而过实现主动夹持或释放物体。实验证明该夹具可承重高达颗粒总重力的800倍以上,并能在热循环条件下有效地循环夹持和释放。另外,本文还从实验和数值模拟两个方面探究了温度、固体体积分数和长径比对夹具夹持力的影响,结果表明,最大的夹持力在较高的温度、较高的固体体积分数和中等长径比的情况下实现。该夹具拥有智能材料针对外界热刺激自主响应的优点,也兼具离散颗粒设备简单、稳健和适应性强的优势,为利用离散颗粒力学和物理机理制备功能性器件提供指导依据。
