低雷诺数下粘性双分散颗粒云团沉降的CFD-DEM模拟

Abstract
由于粘附力的作用,粘性颗粒会絮凝形成团聚体,并表现出与非粘性颗粒不同的行为,这使得预测其沉降过程变得困难和复杂,因此有必要深入了解粘性颗粒云团的性质和沉降行为。本文基于计算流体力学和离散元耦合方法(CFD-DEM)研究了低雷诺数下粘性双分散颗粒云团的重力沉降演化过程,通过重点关注云团的形状演变以及各分散相的空间分布和运动规律,分析了颗粒密度比和粘性强度对粘性颗粒云团沉降的定性和定量影响。结果表明,小密度比的云团在沉降过程中倾向于沿水平方向生长,而大密度比的云团倾向于沿垂直方向生长。在粘附力的作用下,颗粒会相互粘附形成团聚体,在相同粘性强度下,轻颗粒的粘附效应更强,而重颗粒的粘附效应较弱。此外,增大粘性强度可以促进颗粒间相互粘附,并且会加快云团的沉降速度。
