振动改流体对筒仓下料过程的影响及机理研究

Abstract
尽管研究人员已经认识到设置改流体对筒仓下料率有一定的提高,但这对改流体的位置和参数要求苛刻,提升效果往往并不理想,本文对改流体施加振动改善下料过程。本文采用离散元法(DEM)研究了三维筒仓颗粒流中,对于筒仓开口直径、改流体高度、尺寸及形状等不同参数下,振动频率和幅值对下料率增幅(振动后下料率与未振动下料率比值)的影响。结果表明对改流体施加振动后不同工况的下料率均有提升,当改流体高度较低时提升率与振幅的关系呈现非单调性。下料率在大尺寸改流体和较小开口直径工况下有较大的提升,而形状对下料率的影响较小。我们发现改流体振动会增大速度水平分量值,破坏改流体附近的力链,抑制拱的形成从而提升下料率。
