Abstract
颗粒形状对颗粒材料的力学性质有显著影响。然而,自然界和工程实践中的颗粒往往具有复杂形状,其中又以非凸形状为多数。尽管离散元法已被广泛应用于对颗粒材料的仿真中,但在处理非凸形状时仍有较大局限。本文引入Metaball函数描述颗粒形状,并利用Metaball函数的解析特性,构建了针对非凸形状的碰撞算法。相较于水平集离散元法,Metaball离散元法在内存占用、接触力一致性等方面具有优势。
