粉末粒径对激光粉末床熔融技术的质量影响

Abstract
在激光粉末床熔融技术(Laser power bed fusion, LPBF)中,粉末粒径经常由于粉末的循环利用和不同粉末批次的使用而发生变化。LPBF技术中的粉末粒径是严格保证制件质量的关键,因此,理解粉末粒径在LPBF技术下如何影响质量是很重要的。在本工作中,受控的4种不同粒径分布的AlSi10Mg粉末用于LPBF技术的原材料来探究粒径对于缺陷形成和力学性能的影响。结果显示,粗粉打印样品中的缺陷数量和尺寸对于参数变化较为敏感。模拟结果表明,在激光功率较低和粉末较粗的情况下,由于激光能量吸收不充分和不均匀,熔池两侧粉末未充分熔化而产生缺陷。在相同的参数和致密度下,随着粒径尺寸减小,晶粒的外延生长变得更加明显,延伸率从4.1%提高到8.8%。这项工作表明粉末粒径是在LPBF技术中保持可重复质量的关键因素。
