Abstract
Nowadays, the world is facing energy shortage dilemma. A way to manipulate thermal energy waste is urgently to be explored. Thermal energy storage (TES) is a technique which saves energy by extracting extra heat and releases it during working period in need. A lot of methods has been introduced including sensible heat storage, latent heat storage and chemical heat storage. Among them, latent heat storage method stands out due to its low cost, easy manipulation and high storage capacity.  However, the phase change materials (PCMs) used are widespread facing low heat transfer conductivity and leakage problem. These drawbacks hinder its further application. A lot research tackles the above problems by introducing two-dimensional materials into polymer skeleton. This approach does improve the thermal conductivity and also solve the leakage problem of PCM materials. However, most of the work ignores the scalability of PCM/2D materials. In this work, we are thriving to fabricate PCM/BN via facile methods like foaming and electrical spinning. Meanwhile, assuring the performance of fabricated composite PCM.
