原位荷载下的三维颗粒体系力学性能研究

Abstract
本文通过显微CT对三维橡胶颗粒体系进原位加载实验,分析了橡胶颗粒的弹性模量、应力-应变曲线等力学参数和孔隙率、逐层面孔率、球形度等结构参数,研究了橡胶颗粒体系的变形行为并给出了橡胶颗粒体系应力-应变的三个阶段以及应力与应变的关系和弹性模量的具体范围。结果表明:橡胶颗粒的应力-应变曲线要经历三个阶段,即应力缓慢期、应力快速增长期和应力极速增长期,其中应力缓慢期阶段内部孔隙较多,应力增加缓慢,应力快速增长期阶段应力将迅速增加,应力极速增长期阶段橡胶颗粒逐渐被压实;橡胶颗粒体系的孔隙率变化大,前期孔隙多,加载到后期几乎没有了孔隙,并且逐层面孔率的分布呈波浪式分布;应力与应变呈幂指数分布,应力缓慢期阶段橡胶颗粒体系弹性模量小且增长缓慢,应力快速增长期阶段弹性模量开始快速增加,应力极速增长期阶段弹性模量增加迅速,很小的应变都可以产生很大的应力,加载到后期颗粒体系弹性模量与连续体在同一个量级。
