Abstract
在颗粒材料的数值模拟中,料斗结拱是一个经典挑战,尤其是对于基于连续介质力学的有限元方法(FEM)。本研究将粘弹塑性方法扩展为包含稀疏颗粒流的可压缩模型,探究了粘性颗粒从矩形料斗中排出的现象。我们重点研究了排出速率、应力场、休止角以及临界出口宽度等四个料斗卸料过程中的典型特征,并将其与之前的离散元法(DEM)模拟和经典理论进行了比较。本研究的主要目标是方法验证。当前的模拟结果与之前的结果高度一致。总体而言,随着内聚力的增加,排出速率减小,休止角增大,并且临界出口宽度减小。
