气膜孔内颗粒沉积特性的数值模拟研究

Abstract
污染物颗粒在燃气涡轮叶片冷却通道内的沉积将影响涡轮叶片的冷却特性和安全役寿命。为了探究气膜冷却通道中微细颗粒的沉积特性,采用EI⁃Batsh沉积模型对气膜孔中微细颗粒沉积情况进行数值仿真,探究了颗粒粒径对气膜孔中的颗粒运动特性及沉积特性的影响。随粒径增大,颗粒在气膜孔中的碰撞反弹增多,小粒径的颗粒随流性好,跟随冷却流沿气膜孔前缘运动,大粒径颗粒的随流性变差,不断碰撞壁面流出气膜孔;随着粒径增加,颗粒的沉积率明显降低,且当粒径大于2.5mm,孔内无沉积;颗粒在单排气膜孔中呈现两端气膜孔沉积较多,中间较少的现象。
