烟丝纤维流化分离过程数值模拟研究

Abstract
烟丝风选是烟草加工过程中的重要环节,其目的在于通过流化分离技术,将烟丝中的烟梗、碎片等杂质有效去除,以提高烟丝纯度。本研究采用DEM-CFD方法,针对竖直风分装置中烟丝与烟梗纤维的流化分离过程进行了模拟分析,确定了最佳分离效果的表观气速。进一步研究了进料速度、流化区域宽度和高度对分离效果的影响,并据此提出团簇判据指数,用以量化评估团簇发生概率。通过绘制团簇相图,发现团簇判据指数与分离效果正相关,与团簇发生概率负相关。此外,研究还表明烟梗体积分数对分离效果影响不显著,但显著影响团簇的结构和生成位置。
