基于离散元的无料钟炉顶布料模型的开发与应用

Abstract
根据山钢某高炉炉顶布料机构,基于离散方法建立了炉顶布料模型。随后展开了操作参数,如,溜槽结构、倾角、长度、转速对炉顶炉料分布的影响,分析了包括炉料速度、偏析情况、炉料轨迹、矿焦比径向分布的情况。结果表明,根据山钢某高炉的布料矩阵,可以得到一个中心焦窗,相对较为均匀,边缘稍微开放的矿焦比分布。溜槽结构和长度对布料结果影响明显,炉料轨迹在方形溜槽中更易发生偏转,应该更易控制炉料的落点及分布,但不合适的溜槽转速容易使炉料在下落的过程中更加分散,从而减少炉料分布的精确度。圆形溜槽的使用反而能够使得炉料径向偏析程度减少,并且炉料分布较少受到转速改变的影响。
