Abstract
Forward simulation for single crystal by laser-induced x-ray is investigated. In order to simulate the x-ray pattern more accurate, the code LaXRD is built. The X-ray trace skill is used to simulate the X-ray transportation and the Bragg law is used to determine position of the XRD pattern. Besides that, the XRD image is created with Cartesian coordinate system in the real space. So the image is suitable to be matched with the experimental results, rather than it in spherical coordinate system. Until now, the code LaXRD is successfully verified by the static experiments of Fe carried on Shanghai SHENGUANG Laser facility. The twinning process for BCC crystal is added by considering the index vector of the newly twinning crystal based on the matrix, and the DXRD pattern for twinning crystal is obtained. The more dynamic processes will be added to the code LaXRD in the near future.
