Abstract
Vlasov-Fokker-Planck code OSHUN is used to simulate the self-generated magnetic field effect in the laser ablation target under the condition of external magnetic field. Simulation results show that the self-generated field of pre-magnetized plasma are rotated and distorted under the external magnetic field, and in high magnetic susceptibility simulation, the rotation of self-generated transverse electric field become steady after laser pulse. Dynamic analysis show that the rotation and distortion of the self-generated electromagnetic field is mainly dependent on the Nernst velocity and the Cross-gradient-Nernst Nernst velocity transport, and is also affected by the Righi-Leduc heat flux, and the rotation angular velocity of the self-generated electromagnetic field in the CH target reaches its peak value at the magnetic susceptibility \mathbit{\chi}_\mathbit{e}=\mathbf{0}.\mathbf{075}, and decreases with the increase of \mathbit{\chi}_\mathbit{e}. Due to the rotation and distortion of the self-generated field, electron heat flux are compressed near critical surface, transverse heat flux are also restrained , the peak temperature of the conduction zone increases about 50% or more. The results of this study extend the relevant physical laws of magnetization during laser ablation, and provide a theoretical reference for the laser inertial confinement fusion.
