Abstract
NiAl基复合涂层因其优异的摩擦学性能而被广泛使用。在这项研究中,使用激光熔覆技术在不锈钢上制造了一系列添加了 Mo 和纳米金刚石 (ND) 的 NiAl 基复合涂层。系统地评估了这些涂层的微观结构、显微硬度和摩擦学性能。涂层主要由 NiAl 和 Ni3Al 相以及一些 Mo 和 ND 组成。Mo 和 NDs 的添加显示出协同效应,有效地最大限度地减少了孔隙率,细化了晶粒尺寸,提高了显微硬度。值得注意的是,ND 的添加导致摩擦系数和磨损率降低,伴随着磨损机制从塑性变形和粘着磨损的复杂组合转变为主要是微犁磨损。这些发现为优化 NiAl 基复合涂层的性能提供了有价值的参考。
