针对有人/无人协同作战后装保障能力需求分析的复杂性、动态性和不确定性问题,采用美国国防部体系结构框架建立作战任务-作战行动-保障任务-保障能力的映射模型,生成后装保障能力需求清单。采用改进的质量功能展开-云模型对该能力清单进行评价,具体方法是:构建后装保障能力需求质量屋,利用黄金分割法绘制标准评价云,在云模型中提出云依附度概念求解质量屋中的关联关系矩阵,得到后装保障能力需求度。案例结果表明,所提方法可行有效,能够客观分析有人/无人协同作战后装保障能力需求,对推动有人/无人协同作战发展具有一定参考价值。

Aiming at the complexity, dynamics and uncertainty of MUM-T (manned and unmanned coordinated combat) logistics and equipment support capability demand analysis, using the DoDAF (Department of Defense Architectural Framework) to build a mapping model of combat mission - combat operation - support mission - support capability to generate capability list. The improved QFD (quality function deployment) - CM (cloud model) is used to evaluate this list by constructing a house of quality, drawing a standard evaluation cloud by the golden section method, and proposing the concept of cloud reliance degree in the CM to solve the correlation relationship matrix to obtain the degree of support capability requirements. The case results show that the proposed methodology is feasible and effective and can objectively analyze the requirement of MUM-T logistics and equipment support capability, which is valuable to the development of MUM-T.
