At present, the braking energy recovery device of large mining vehicles cannot achieve energy recovery and reuse without bidirectional DC-DC converters. A bidirectional DC-DC converter optimization control method based on improved linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC) was studied to improve the adaptability of energy storage systems in large mining vehicles to large disturbances and the response speed under the operating state of large mining vehicles.Firstly, this article discusses the topology and working principle of bidirectional DC-DC converters used in large mining cars. Then, based on the working mode and environment of bidirectional DC-DC converters in large mining cars, the improved LADRC was applied to the voltage outer loop control in the dual closed-loop control of the bidirectional DC-DC converter, and compared with the traditional PI control.The improved LADRC has added a voltage feedforward control link, further enhancing the system's adaptability to some large disturbances.Through experiments, it can be found that the improved LADRC can improve the dynamic response speed and the overall anti-interference ability of the bidirectional DC-DC converter, greatly enhancing system stability.
