异步电机轴承故障的诊断方法大多基于振动信号。但是,振动信号需要额外的传感器和额外的安装空间。该文提出了一种基于定子电流的异步电机轴承故障数据驱动诊断方法。通过小波去噪和准同步采样算法处理后,将定子电流的谐波提取为特征,并通过随机向量函数链接得到特征与标签之间的映射关系。实验测试结果表明,该算法在不同工况下能够准确区分健康轴承和内圈故障轴承或外圈故障轴承。
