Abstract
Manufacturing defects can introduce uncertainty in the magnetic properties of electrical steel, necessitating stochastic modeling of the magnetization curves. The interdependence among input parameters of the magnetization model is often overlooked in modeling. Therefore, this study proposes a stochastic modeling method for magnetization curves based on copula theory, which considers the dependencies among the input parameters. First, the three input parameters are identified, and their optimal marginal distributions are determined. Then, the correlation structure of the parameters is established using Copula. The stochastic modeling based on Copula theory is finally verified by numerical experiments, reflecting the correlation between the parameters and generating more accurate samples of magnetization curves for electrical steel. The proposed method enhances the accuracy of magnetization modeling for electrical steel, crucial for reliability analysis and the engineering design of electrical equipment.
