Abstract
磁脉冲压实 (MPC) 因其压实能量高、可控性好,是制备高性能材料的有效方法。本文报道了 Sm2Co17 磁粉在 MPC 下的致密化行为。建立了MPC装置的仿真模型,研究了驱动板在电磁力作用下的加速过程。探究了 Sm2Co17 MPC 的最佳工艺参数,研究了冲击能量、磁粉填充量和冲压模块加速距离对致密密度的影响。当初始储能为 8 kJ,磁粉填充量为 3 g,冲压模块加速距离为 50 mm,达到 3.02 GPa 的峰值压力。在室温下,不烧结,得到相对密度为88.21%的压块。
