Abstract
中性点钳位(NPC)三电平逆变器因其低谐波输出和低电压应力等优点,在工业上得到了广泛的研究和采用。采用传统的虚拟空间矢量脉宽调制(VSVPWM)方法,可以在不同调制指标或功率因数下保持直流母线电容电压的平衡。然而,传统的VSVPWM方法需要复杂的扇区识别和计算。鉴于此,该文提出了一种基于多向量合成的新型虚拟向量调制方法。该方法通过对空间矢量图的新颖划分,有效减少了空间矢量扇区的数量。在合理的矢量序列下,该方法既能保持中性线电流为零,又保证了输出电压波形的平滑度。因此,这种调制有效地减少了计算工作量,同时保持了NP电位的平衡。最后,实验结果验证了调制方法的有效性和NP电位的控制效果。
