Abstract
本文提出了一种计算圆柱形永磁涡流耦合器在圆柱坐标系下特性的解析方法。针对耦合器的简化圆柱形结构,建立了二维/三维电磁场解析模型,预测了磁场分布、电流密度分布和转矩输出特性。将结果与有限元模型的结果进行比较,发现误差小于5%。通过比较圆柱坐标系和笛卡尔坐标系计算的扭矩输出特性,发现圆柱坐标系中的解析方法精度更高。在典型工作条件下,考虑到温度校正,3D分析模型的扭矩输出特性与实验原型测试结果进行了比较,误差也小于5%。因此,这种方法允许准确、快速地设计圆柱形永磁涡流耦合器。
