Abstract
This paper presents a sensorless model predictive current control (MPCC) method for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on predictive current error (PCE). Firstly, a prediction model is constructed based on MPCC, and then the estimation method of the back electromotive force (EMF) is constructed by PCE, and then the performance index function is constructed to obtain the back EMF increment, so that the accurate back EMF can be obtained to obtain the accurate rotor position and speed information. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
